March 28, 1947 4202 E Broadway Rd #46 Mesa AZ 85206
I married Don Sandmire in 1967.  We were married 17 years and had two daughters.  We lived in the Tulsa and OKC areas.  In 1987 I married a OKC man, and we moved to the Phoenix area.  We were married 20 years.

One of my daughters and my grandsons are here in Phoenix, and it feels like home after 27 years.  I have been in IT my whole career and have worked at Arizona State University since I moved to Phoenix.  I am currently semi-retired and enjoy the extra free time to volunteer at church and just hang with my family and friends.

It has been great to reconnect via Facebook, and I am looking forward to the reunion.

(405) 615-0964 PO Box 397 Tecumseh OK 74873 Married
After High School, I attended NEO, then joined the U.S. Army. Upon returning from active duty, I attended the University of Central Oklahoma, where I earned a degree in Art Education. For a brief time I returned to Miami to once again work at Newman Boats.

In 1975, I moved to the Shawnee/Tecumseh area when I obtained a position as an art teacher for the McLoud Public Schools and married my wife, Judy. I reenlisted in the USAR and attained the rank of First Sergeant. Our son, Jason, was born in 1978. During those years, my wife and I both attended Graduate School and I earned my Masters Degree.  Shortly after, I became a High School Administator for McLoud Public Schools.

Some of the most memorable and enjoyable times of my life were when my son and I were actively involved with Cub Scouts and , of course, I was a Den Leader and later a  Troop Leader.  The many scouting activities and camping trips with the boys from Tecumseh involved a great deal of work, many challenges, and lots of unforgettable adventures.  I joined the Boy Scouts' adult leaders training program and attended and taught at several WoodBadge programs and also served as director of a National Camping School. I received the Silver Beaver distinguished service award.

I retired from McLoud Public Schools in 2000 and somehow seem to be so busy that I don't know how I ever had time to work! I enjoy spending time at the lake (when there's less flooding).

Working on the 50th reunion for our class has been both enjoyable and educational for me.  Actually before starting to work on this, my computer usage was limited. In fact, I often told my wife I married her because she was a computer whiz!  This excursion into the world of the internet has enabled me to reconnect with many classmates and friends.  This has been a great experience for an "Old Wardog".‚Äč
